1. Order Processing and Preparation

All orders placed on manjae.com are processed with care and dispatched as quickly as possible.

  • Processing time: Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days after confirmation and payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number if applicable.

Please note that during high‑volume periods (holidays, special sales, or custom orders), preparation may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Times


France (Metropolitan)

After preparation, delivery generally takes 1 to 3 working days via standard carriers such as Colissimo, Chronopost, or Mondial Relay.

Europe (Outside France)

For deliveries within the European Union, allow 5 to 14 working days depending on your location and customs processing.

Other Regions

International delivery times vary depending on country and postal service. Tracking and insurance may be provided depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.

Please ensure your address details are correct to avoid any delay or non‑delivery.

3. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking


When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation including a tracking link.
Delivery is deemed complete upon confirmation by the transport carrier.
If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or damaged on arrival, please contact contact@manjae.shop immediately for assistance.

4. Shipping Fees


Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
They include handling, packaging, and postal charges.
We recommend grouping your items into a single order, as separate orders placed separately cannot be combined for shipping.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes


For deliveries outside France, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

6. Returns Policy


We take great care to ensure that each Manjae product — including handcrafted Malagasy items — is inspected before dispatch.
However, if an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a free return within 14 days following delivery.

Free returns apply in these cases:


  • Defective product or fault caused by us or the carrier.

  • Wrong item shipped or damaged during shipping.
    In such cases, return shipping costs are fully covered by Manjae.

Other return cases:


Because many of our items are artisanal or custom‑made (often handcrafted unique pieces), returns for non‑defective goods are not automatically accepted under the EU withdrawal rule when the product is made to order, personalized, or handmade — as outlined in Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
However, we may exceptionally consider refunds or credit vouchers on a discretionary case‑by‑case basis.

To request a return, please contact contact@manjae.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Please do not ship back any product before receiving confirmation from our team.

7. Refund Processing


Once your return is approved and the item received in its original condition, the refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
You will be informed of each step by email.

8. Undelivered or Lost Parcels


If a package is declared lost by the carrier, a replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation concludes.
We cannot be held responsible for orders not received due to incorrect address information.
